Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Acceptance into a recognized educational institution in Japan, such as a university, language school, or vocational college.
  2. Financial Capability: Demonstrate sufficient financial means to cover tuition fees, living expenses, and other related costs during the stay in Japan.
  3. Intent to Study: Provide evidence of genuine intention to study, including a clear study plan and educational background relevant to the chosen course of study.
  4. Compliance with Japanese Immigration Requirements: Meet any additional criteria set by the Japanese immigration authorities, such as health and character requirements.

Application Process:

  1. Apply for Admission: Submit an application for admission to the chosen educational institution in Japan, following their specific application procedures and requirements.
  2. Receive Certificate of Eligibility (COE): Upon acceptance, the educational institution will apply for a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) on your behalf from the Japanese immigration authorities.
  3. Complete Visa Application Form: Once the COE is issued, complete the required visa application form available from the Japanese embassy or consulate in your home country.
